Online applications are invited for 691 posts of Forest Beat Officer (FBO) and Assistant Beat Officer (ABO) in the Andhra Pradesh Forest Subordinate Service.

  • Forest Beat Officer: 256 posts
  • Assistant Beat Officer: 435 posts (Includes Meritorious Sportsperson quota)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Intermediate or its equivalent

🏃‍♂️ Physical Standards (FBO/ABO)

Men: Height ≥ 163 cm; Chest ≥ 84 cm with 5 cm expansion

Women: Height ≥ 150 cm; Chest ≥ 79 cm with 5 cm expansion

Walking Test:

  • Men: 25 km in 4 hours
  • Women: 16 km in 4 hours

1. What is the last date to apply for APPSC Forest Beat Officer & Assistant Beat Officer 2025?

2. How many vacancies are announced in the AP Forest Notification 2025?

A total of 691 vacancies are announced:

  • 256 for Forest Beat Officer (FBO)

3. What is the minimum educational qualification required?

The candidate must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination as on the date of notification.
